Main Scientific Collaboration

1. Electroporation modelling at both cell and tissue scales.
   With the Vectorology and anti-cancerous therapeutics laboratory at the Institut Gustave Roussy, and the department of Mathematics of Versailles we are working on the modelization the electropermeabilization at both microscopic and macroscopic scales.
   The involved participants of INRIA-team MC2 are O.Saut and T.Colin, for the modelling of the effect of the electrochemotherapy on the tumor growth.
   
   This research was supported by the collaborative research initiative ARC C3MB til december 2010 and the project ANR Blanc INTCELL has started in december 2010.

Other Scientific Collaborations

1. With the electrical engineering laboratory Ampère at Lyon. We are working on several problems involved in computational electromagnetism and in bioelectromagnetism modelling.
   
2. With M. Dauge, DR1 at IRMAR, V. Péron, assistant professor at the University of Pau, and R. Perrussel, CR1 at Laboratoire Laplace (Toulouse), we are working on corner singularities for transmission problems in electromagnetism.
