There is no registration fee.
The conference will start on Wednesday, September 25 in the early afternoon and will end on Friday, September 27 after lunch.
We cover accommodation from September 25 to 27 (2 nights) for all participants and will make your hotel reservation. All participants will stay at the Appart'Hotel Victoria Garden.
We can offer support for travel expenses to a limited number of participants. Priority will be given to PhD students and young researchers.
A dinner will be organised on Thursday evening.
